 Refund Policy

If you have chargeback transactions, please contact us within 48 hours, otherwise we will have to lock your account for your security.
1. If the issue was due to the payment way, please contact them to have the problem solved;
2. And after that, please contact us within 48 hours. Your email should contain the following info: 
A. Account
B. Character name
C. Server
D. Reason for the refund
E. Transaction ID(the screenshot of your successful transaction is required)
So that we can help you to solve the problem(please contact your payment way to get the refunded transaction ID if you are not aware of it);
3. Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 24 hours, if the problem is solved, then your account will be fine, otherwise it will be banned within 48 hours.
1. Chargeback reason: I did not receive the balens or VIP after the successful payment: This problem maybe caused by the delay of the payment.
2. Chargeback reason: I did not receive the extra bonus for the recharge event: We will compensate for this after our confirmation.
3. The VIP service you paid for is accumulated by dates, therefore don’t worry about the overcharge problem. If you subscribe it via paypal and want to unsubscribe now, please sign in to cancel the VIP subscription.
4. If you use Paypal E-check, please note it is not an Instant Transafer Payment. Our system will send ingame currency once we receive the payment completed notification from Paypal(usually within 3-5 business days).
